Rob has over fourteen years' experience in executive recruiting. Originally a business professional in Marketing management, he has extensive prior functional experience as a professional manager with several Fortune 500 companies; including MATTEL, CROWN ZELLERBACH and GENERAL MILLS.
His career at these companies provided intensive involvement in the functional fields of Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, Market Research, and Sales. This breadth of functional experience makes him conversant in the key technical skill sets necessary to recruit effectively across functional disciplines. He also brings a strong analytical approach to developing, and assessing results from, search project strategy and plans.
Rob earned his MBA degree from Stanford University and his BA degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also has been an active member in the Peninsula Association of Black Personnel Administrators, and the National Black MBA Association.
