Professional Experience Rita Taylor is a legal assistant with Lionel Sawyer & Collins’ Business Law Department. Ms. Taylor has a strong background in various aspects of tax, business and probate law. She holds a Juris Doctor degree as well as an LL.M (Taxation), and was previously a partner in the law firms of Burke, Williams & Sorenson, and Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliot, both in Los Angeles, California. Prior to joining Lionel Sawyer & Collins, Ms. Taylor was the acting Librarian of a general leisure and law library for the State of Missouri.
