Prior to joining Rising Tide, Rita spent 20 years in hands on, senior management positions in publishing and media businesses. A veteran of Ziff-Davis Media, she held a number of senior management positions within the company. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Sales, she was responsible for the management, negotiation and relationships with the company’s largest clients as well as developing new business relationships to drive incremental multi media revenue. Her experience in developing and managing cross media sales spans print, online, cable and events both domestically and internationally. As a senior member of the management team of the company she was involved with the company’s strategic launches into new media, including ZD Net, a premier online site about technology and ZDTV, the first 24 hour cable TV channel devoted entirely to technology. Since joining Rising Tide she has worked with a diverse group of clients helping them size and evaluate new revenue streams, extend their existing brands with new product development and extend their penetration in the marketplace through new sales channels. |
