Rick Norman joined CSG in 2001 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Unit. Norman provides leadership for one of CSG’s largest clients and is responsible for all major initiatives for the strategic business unit.
Prior to joining CSG, Norman worked at First Data Resources for 15 years in various roles including client services, human resources, operations and international business development with the majority of his time spent in customer-centric roles. Prior to that, he worked for Valmont Industries in regional sales, client services and product development. He is a graduate of Wayne State College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. |
