Rick Iannello has over 25 years of new product design and development experience. He has personally developed more than 12 products in the electromechanical and optical markets and has managed multi-disciplined engineering teams for 15 years. He spent 12 years as an engineer with the Xerox Corporation. Throughout his career he has worked with numerous international manufacturing partners. Most recently, Rick was the Senior Director of New Product Introduction for Energy Innovations, where he spent 3 years developing cost effective high volume manufacturing solutions and acted as the engineering liaison with contract manufacturers. During this time, he developed the contract manufacturer that eSolar uses today. Mr. Iannello holds a BSME from the Rochester Institute of Technology. |
