Rick is Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Menlo Equities, a real estate investment and development company based in Palo Alto with offices in Santa Clara, Newport Beach, and San Diego. Since inception, Menlo Equities has completed $1.4 billion in aggregate transactions. Rick is a member and Past President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Since 1998, Rick has also been a Director of MB Financial Corporation, a $5 billion bank holding company based in Chicago, where he serves on the executive, audit, and compensation committees. Rick is a Trustee and member of the Executive Committee of the UC Berkeley Foundation and Advisory Board member of the Haas School of Business. He has also served on the boards of the Stanford Alumni Association and the Consortium for International Development, and the International Development Exchange. |
