W. Richard Yost

William Richard Yost received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1968 and his law degree from Capital University Law School in 1972. Mr. Yost practices in the commercial, retail and medical collections areas of law. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the Ohio Creditors' Attorney Association and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. Mr. Yost is a member and serves on the Banking, Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association, and is a member and serves on the Municipal Court and Bankruptcy Committee of the Columbus Bar Association.
