Richele Soja is the North America Consulting Leader for Hewitt Associates and is responsible for ensuring the exceptional service provided to Hewitt's 2 000 North American clients. In addition Richele is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Hewitt's Consulting business in North America.
Prior to her current role Richele relied on her 20 years of HR and consulting experience to support the unique needs of Hewitt clients as the North America Client Accounts Leader for Hewitt's Benefits Outsourcing business. In her 15 years with Hewitt Richele has served in a number of increasingly senior management roles including: Midwest Region Leader Account Executive and manager and consultant in Hewitt's Talent and Organization Consulting practice. As a Talent and Organization consultant Richele worked with clients in the areas of change management for significant business transformation efforts human resources strategy development leadership development performance management and rewards design.
Prior to joining Hewitt Richele was with Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago where she held positions in operations management and HR. She also has served as a faculty member of the Rush University Graduate College in the Health Systems Management program. Richele has a B.S.N from the University of Iowa and a masters in business administration from Dominican University.
