Richard White joined the board of directors in February of 2003. Mr. White's career spans 25 years in financial services management working extensively in private equity and investment banking. Mr. White is currently a Managing Director and General Partner at Oppenheimer and Company. He also served as a Managing Director of CIBC Capital Partners which was acquired by Oppenheimer. Mr. White was also a Managing Director at Ardshiel, Inc., a private equity investment firm. Mr. White, a certified public accountant, holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a private investor and serves on several other public and private boards of directors. |
