Mr. Weidman has been vice president and director of CastlePoint Management since since February 2006. Prior to joining CastlePoint Management, he was vice president of Programs, Tower Group, Inc. He held that position since December 2005 and was responsible for the production and management of program business throughout the United States. Prior to his employment at Tower, Mr. Weidman was the vice president/program manager at Clarendon (September 2002 December 2005), and the vice president/Program Marketing at Clarendon (April 1998 September 2002). His earlier career includes 13 years at CIGNA Corp., where he advanced through a series of senior underwriting management and marketing positions for Specialty Segments. He has spent more than 25 years in the insurance industry focusing on the production and management of products and services for retailers, wholesalers, general agents and program administrators. |
