Mr. Voss is an accomplished deal-maker, including corporate partnerships, licensing, and M&A, in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology, both domestically and ex-U.S. His transactions experience encompasses over 15 years in executive level positions with Warner-Lambert, Boehringer Mannheim, and Royer Biomedical.
Previously, Mr. Voss spent 11 years with Abbott Laboratories in positions of progressively greater responsibility in the areas of finance, product management, and sales and marketing management, in the U.S., Brazil, Ecuador, and again in the U.S.
Mr. Voss received his MBA from the University of Chicago, with a triple concentration in International Business, Finance, and Accounting. He received his BSBA from Marquette University, with a major in Finance and a concentration in Marketing.
