As Vice President of Engineering, Vito is responsible for product development, QA and Program Management in support of Incipient Alliance Business Partners. Vito brings to Incipient more than 25 years of product development, marketing and operational leadership experience in the storage industry. Prior to joining Incipient, Vito was COO for Permabit, Inc. where he headed efforts to build and deliver Permabit’s Permeon software, based on content addressed storage (CAS) technology. In this position, Vito was responsible for transforming the organization from an academic research environment to a predictable, high quality product delivery team. Prior to Permabit, he was CTO for Aviv Corporation and held engineering and marketing management positions at EMC Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Vito earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. |
