Richard Stroupe is the President & CEO of TRS Consulting Inc. Richard founded TRS Consulting in 2001 with the idea of providing a high quality alternative for full information systems life cycle services, solutions and training for both government and commercial clients. Richard’s vision for TRS Consulting is to build an organization of highly talented technical staff that will work closely with our customers to produce mission driven results and foster a corporate culture that is fun, exciting and employee-friendly. As President & CEO, Richard maintains the strategic vision of the company and oversees all business operations, projects and contracts with government and industry clients. Aside from these duties, Richard also provides senior Oracle database administration for several TRS clients. Richard has over twelve years experience in analysis, design, development, integration, and deployment of software development lifecycle support in both federal and commercial sectors. Prior to creating TRS Consulting, Richard worked for Oracle Corporation, providing both core and apps senior database administration for the national systems consulting group. Along with his consulting experience, Richard also has taught Oracle database administration courses for the past five years at various local universities and corporations and is co-author of Oracle Database 10g Insider Solutions. Richard also serves as a member of the review board for the IOUG Select Journal. Richard holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and Oracle Certified Professional credentials for Oracle 8i, 9i and 10g. |
