Richard Stadtmauer, Managing Director, has more than 20 years of experience as a developer and operator of residential and commercial property at Kushner Companies, with a focus on property acquisitions, finance, and management of residential and commercial properties. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stadtmauer worked in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand and on Wall Street for both Merrill Lynch and Drexel Burnham Lambert. An attorney and Certified Public Accountant, he received his J.D. from New York Law School. He is on the Executive Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council, serves on the Board of the New Jersey Apartment Association and various other professional, civic and charitable organizations. He has also been appointed a Corporate Officer of Construction and Real Estate Network (CORENET). |
