Richard brings thirty years of experience in technology and operational solutions for the mortgage industry to LenderLive Network. He built his career around successfully leading companies through more efficient workflow methodologies and streamlined processes that resulted in tremendous growth for a number of well-known companies. Richard’s experience includes ten years with Mellon Mortgage Company, where he brought the company to a ranking as eleventh largest residential mortgage servicer, and where he served as both Chief Operations Manager and then Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Mellon, Richard held a tenured career and several leadership positions with Freddie Mac through its start-up years. Prior to joining LenderLive, Richard was CEO and Co-Founder of AccuPost Corporation, an outsource provider of post-closing services, before AccuPost was sold to TransUnion Settlement Services. Richard’s commitment to the lending industry includes his role as President of the Colorado Mortgage Bankers’ Association, leadership in the Mortgage Bankers’ Association of America, Advisory Board member for PMI Mortgage Insurance Company, and regional advisory board member of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and Federal National Mortgage Association |
