Mr. Richard Shintaku is President and CEO of Inter-Continental Associates Group, LLC. (ICAG), a leading Asia/Pacific investment consulting firm and Merrill Lynch investment "Alliance Partner." Mr. Shintaku is credited with introducing the time-share vacation business to Japan in the early 1970's and he served as Vice President of Shell Group International, one of the top time-share vacation companies in the US. He also serves as COO of MRI International, Inc., one of the nation's largest medical receivables funding companies. In addition, he is Chairman and CEO of Premier Entertainment Services, Inc., a leader in product placement services in feature films and television for major retail brand companies. He has recently been asked to serve as the first Honorary Counsel General of Japan in the State of Nevada and is presently serving on the Republican Presidential Roundtable. |
