Richard Schreuer is Senior Vice President of Chadwick Martin Bailey, Inc. Since joining the company in 1991, Rich has led research projects in the United States, Western Europe, the Middle East, and Russia.
Rich has extensive experience in branding research, advertising effectiveness, customer satisfaction and loyalty, product development and positioning, market sizing, and organizational performance. He is currently designing integrated measurement systems to drive brand-building strategies. Integral to this work is quantifying the financial contributions of brand building activities. He is a frequent conference speaker and has authored several articles on the ROI of marketing activities.
Prior to joining Chadwick Martin Bailey, Rich was a pollster and political consultant with Marttila & Kiley in Boston. He earned his M.A. in sociology from Northeastern University and his B.A. in sociology, with a concentration in economics, from Colby College. Rich served on the faculty at Northeastern University, where he taught sociology and research methodology. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Market Research Association. |
