Richard Rick Russler joined Willbros in August 2005 as Director of Internal Audit with reporting responsibility to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and was recently appointed as Corporate Compliance Officer overseeing regulatory compliance. He is a CPA with responsibility for the internal audit requirements for Willbros worldwide. Mr. Russler has over 20 years experience in internal audit services and Securities and Exchange Commission audits operational accounting and controls and in technology management and control issues. He previously worked 22 years with Arthur Anderson LLP where he served as a Partner for eight years. Mr. Russler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and received a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. |
