During his time with Goodman Blue Richard, has delivered a world market leading real-time provisioning Order to Cash solution for event based services. This has been successfully deployed with carriers and businesses offering VoIP services and in the serviced office environment.
Prior to Goodman Blue Richard was with Telia in the UK, as IT Development Manager, and created a global fully automated in-house telecoms billing system capable of withstanding a rapidly expanding customer base and varying client types, together with a help desk solution for fault management, tracking and reporting. Richard also developed a CRM System to enable prospects to be captured and tracked.
Richard began his career with Cordex Computer Services. Specialising in hotel reservation system development and billing management, he built an unprecedented knowledge of billing software having created such systems for Cordex sister companies and clients including BA, Air France, Quantas and SAS. As an extension of the hotel reservation system and billing management Richard has also built up specialist knowledge in developing systems for call centre reservations, point of sale, commission claims and financial tracking.
