He oversees all areas of Bayview Loan Servicing, Bayview Financial Exchange Services and acquisition operations for Bayview Financial. Mr. O’Brien joined Bayview in April 1997 as a Vice President and served as a Transaction Manager in the Mortgage Investment Division. In 1999 Mr. O’Brien took over the Non-Performing Asset Division (non-performing acquisitions, loss mitigation, asset management, foreclosure/bankruptcy, collections and REO), and became responsible for the entire servicing operation in the beginning of 2001. Mr. O’Brien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bryant College. |
