As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Richard is responsible for worldwide financial operations and human resources for Claria.
Prior to joining Claria, Richard was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Numerical Technologies, where he spearheaded finance, HR, legal and IT, implementing key systems and controls. One of Richard's major accomplishments was leading Numerical's 2000 Initial Public Offering (IPO). Prior to Numerical Technologies, Richard managed the successful IPOs for Mattson Technology, Actel Corporation and HHB Systems.
Richard began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Santa Clara, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
