Mr. Landerman joined the Company’s board of directors in February of 2006. Mr. Landerman was a practicing solicitor for many years dealing with corporate and securities matters. He is currently the CEO of Robertson Cartwright & Co., a private merchant banking firm. He is additionally involved with a number of international business developments spanning North and South America. |
