Richard Hall is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Richard's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the natural resources sector and cross-border transactions, where he has worked on numerous matters involving public companies.
Richard was born in Melbourne, Australia. He joined Cravath in 1988 and became a partner in 1996.
