Richard Franchek is involved in numerous aspects of environmental regulatory compliance, including advising and preparing permit applications for wastewater discharges, storm water runoff, air emissions, and discharges into wetlands, solid waste facilities, and water rights. Mr. Franchek has extensive experience in environmental due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions (including oil and gas facilities, and pipelines), property development, wetlands mitigation, and NEPA compliance. He has also counseled clients on underground storage tank corrective actions and groundwater remediation, structured air, water, and waste permit compliance for manufacturing, industrial, and waste disposal facilities, facilitated compliance auditing, and prepared facility compliance programs. In addition, he has overseen and advised upon environmental remediation efforts in multiple jurisdictions across the United States.
