As Chief Financial Officer, Richard Deranleau has responsibility for the company's financial processes and reporting. Deranleau joined Brocade in June 2003, and served as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Treasurer of Brocade before being named CFO in May 2006.
Before joining Brocade, he served in various management positions for Polycom, Inc., including Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Prior to Polycom, he held various accounting and finance positions at Tandem Computers and Coopers and Lybrand, LLC. |
