Mr. Cohan is the principal at Larkspur Group, LLC, a healthcare and supply chain strategy consulting firm based in New Jersey. Mr. Cohan most recently served as CEO and President of ENABLE Corporation, a developer of supplier portals serving Fortune 500 companies like Best Buy, Verizon, and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Cohan led ENABLE from its inception in 2004 through sale of the Company in May 2006. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Cohan was Chairman, CEO, and President of eB2B Commerce, Inc., a publicly traded provider of web-based supply chain solutions to domestic and international suppliers in various distribution supply chains. Prior to 2001, Mr. Cohan served as Senior Vice President of an e-health company CareInsite, from its successful IPO through its merger with WebMD in September 2000. Mr. Cohan also spent 18 years at NDCHealth in a number of key operational and business development roles, culminating as Executive Vice President. At NDC he was a founder of the Company’s real-time electronic pharmacy claims business and built it from a startup company to the dominant network in the United States, moving over 3 billion transactions per year. Through his M&A activities, Mr. Cohan turned NDCHealth into a well diversified healthcare business, containing revenues over $300 million. Revenues were derived from systems, transaction processing, and data analytics, in a variety of healthcare settings. Mr. Cohan has a Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from Temple University. |
