Richard Chang is a Principal in the infrastructure group. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Chang was a Vice President at Lazard where he worked on their financial institutions team in London. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Chang worked for the National Australia Bank in Australia where he focused on the bank’s principal investments and where he also helped to establish an infrastructure fund at National Asset Management, the National Australia Bank’s asset management subsidiary.
Mr. Chang received his undergraduate degree in economics from Monash University in Australia, has a masters in economic history from Oxford University, a masters in economics from Cambridge University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
