Dick is currently the CEO of NOMIR Medical Technologies, Inc. and has more than 30 years senior level experience in creating and building defensible and profitable businesses in technology, life sciences, and software. While at Value Added Strategies (VAS), he brought his extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, and operational, financial, and strategic expertise to early stage and middle market firms. Prior to creating VAS, Dick founded and launched five businesses that were subsequently acquired. He also served as Vice President of International Business and Corporate Development at Medtronic, the world leader in medical technology. Dick holds a MS and BS from the University of Massachusetts, has five years of IBM executive education, and has spent 23 years serving on boards of directors. |
