Richard Brennan is a Director in the London office of CTPartners, a premier-quality executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. He has worked in retained executive search for over 10 years in a variety of sectors including Consumer, Technology and Telecommunications. He spent 4 years with a retained search and selection boutiques servicing the Consumer Goods space before opening up and managing an office of TMP in Reading near London. Prior to joining CTPartners he was a Senior Manager in the European Resourcing team of Nortel Networks, managing a team of Recruiters sourcing talent all over Europe. He then became a Partner in a boutique search firm and was responsible for the management of the Lucent Technologies account in Europe. He joined CTPartners in 2000 and has managed search assignments for a number of venture-backed and high profile enterprise accounts, with several successful Managing Director Europe projects for North American companies on his record. Over the past two years Richard has sold to and led assignments with well known businesses such as eBay, Lastminute.com, COLT Telecommunications, IDEXX and General Healthcare. Functionally his core expertise is in the General Management, Sales and Human Resources verticals. Richard also speaks French to conversational level. |
