Mr. Richard Bond has served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since September 1999 and as Vice President, Secretary and chief Administrative officer beginning in August of 1998. Prior to that and from February 1997, he served the company as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, having joined the Company in January 1997. From 1987 to December 1996, he held the position of Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Holiday Rambler, and originally joined holiday Rambler as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in 1984. |
