Mr. Belford has over 28 years experience in implementing and managing quality and regulatory assurance programs in a medical and life-support manufacturing environment.
He has successfully implemented an ISO 9001/EN 46001 certified program at Intraop Medical, Inc., which has enabled Intraop to obtain its Certificate for CE marking for international shipments. Mr. Belford is also the program manager for Japan licensing and JIS testing, and for all other foreign country registrations.
He received his bachelor's degree in Electronics, with a minor in Business from University of California, San Francisco in 1973, and has had extensive quality and regulatory assurance training, as a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) |
