Richard Alexander is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. As a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Practice, Rich serves clients in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices and consumer health. He has successfully completed assignments for CFOs, CIOs as well as research and development, commercial and operations. Rich’s search practice includes a specialization in finance and information management. Rich works with clients in a broad spectrum of industries to recruit financial and information management leadership fitting specific life cycle challenges. Prior to joining CTPartners, Rich was President of Alexander Associates, an executive search firm serving clients across industry throughout the Eastern seaboard. Earlier he was an executive vice president of a Philadelphia-based firm. During his corporate career, Rich held a variety of senior executive roles in the professional services,manufacturing, financial services, and consumer products industries. During his tenure with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he was Director of the Management Advisory Services Division. He joined PNC Financial Corp. as Audit Director and later became Chief Accounting Officer of Carteret Bancorp. Rich gained operations experience as COO for a division of Trane Company. As CFO of Mistic Beverages Inc., he was instrumental in preparing the company for its initial public offering. Rich received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from LaSalle University. He holds a Ph.D. from the American University of London. Rich serves on the advisory board of Holy Redeemer Health Care Systems and on the business advisory board of LaSalle University. He is also a member of the board of directors for Cancer Care of New Jersey. Rich, his wife Joanne, and their three daughters live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He is located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. |
