Richard is also co-founder of Chasecom and of Chase Telecommunications Holdings, Inc.
He was partner in the law firm of Winstead Sechrest & Minick P.C. from 1992 - 1996. Since 1993, Mr. McDugald has been a Director and Officer of Faith Broadcasting Corporation.
Mr. McDugald currently serves on the Boards of the Chinquapin School and the Texas Children's Cancer Center as well as Botanic Garden of Houston.
