Richard Beale has over 25 years of architectural experience in a wide variety of project size and type in both new construction and renovations. Rich has served in a variety of roles on hospitals, medical clinics, and institutional facilities, ranging in construction cost from under a million up to one hundred-fifty million dollars. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Architecture. He is nationally certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, is an active member of AIA, the Construction Specifications Institute, North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association, and is a certified Healthcare Architect through the American College of Healthcare Architects. |
