Richard S. Warzala became President and COO of Allied Motion in May 2002 after consulting for the company since 2001. In August 2006 he was elected a company Director. From 2000 to 2001 he was President of the Motion Components Group of Danaher Corporation. In 1993 Dick Warzala was named President of API Motion a $12 million subsidiary of American Precision Industries Inc. API Motion grew to achieve revenues of $165 million in 2000 when it was acquired by Danaher. Dick Warzala’s prior positions were as General Manager of several API motion control operations from 1984 to 1992 as API Corporate Director of Management Information Systems from 1981 to 1984 and in various API computer management functions from 1976 to 1981. Dick Warzala holds a BS in Business degree and an MBA degree both from the University at Buffalo. |
