Richard S. Olicker joined the Company as President of the Wholesale Division and Executive Vice President of the Corporation in January 2006. Mr. Olicker previously served Steven Madden Ltd. where he held the position of President since 2001 and was responsible for seven independently operating wholesale footwear divisions including Steve Madden Stevies l.e.i. and Candie’s. Mr. Olicker also had visibility of the operation of the retail licensing Internet and international divisions. Prior to this Mr. Olicker co-founded Aerogroup International Inc. (Aerosoles) the footwear import and marketing firm and previously also served as General Counsel and Licensing Business Director at El Greco Inc. |
