Richard M. Cohen, CPA, MS, is a Partner in Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP.
Mr. Cohen specializes in tax consulting to closely-held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, particularly in the entertainment, manufacturing and service industries. He developed and now directs the firm's ongoing tax education program.
He is a member of the Corporate Liquidation and Distribution Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Cohen received his M.S. in taxation from Pace University and his B.S. in accounting from Brooklyn College. |
