Dr. Auerbach has been with Sheridan Healthcare since 1996, when his group practice merged with Sheridan to form Sheridan Children’s Healthcare Services, Inc the Neonatology and Pediatric Division of the company. He is currently the Vice Chief of Staff of the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, Florida where he has been the Neonatal Director since 1986. Joe DiMaggio’s Children's Hospital is one of eleven Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Centers in the State of Florida. Dr. Auerbach graduated from the University of Maryland and received his medical degree from The University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School. Dr. Auerbach completed his Pediatric Residency and Neonatal fellowship at Georgetown University.
