Mr. Rosenfield 62 has served as a Director of the Company since April 1994. He is the Chair of the Executive Committee. He is co-founder co-Chairman co-President and co-Chief Executive Officer of California Pizza Kitchen Inc. a gourmet pizza restaurant chain founded in 1985. In 2002 Mr. Rosenfield co-founded and served as co-President of LA Food Show Inc. which is now owned by California Pizza Kitchen Inc. From 1973 to 1985 Mr. Rosenfield was a principal and partner of the law firm of Flax & Rosenfield a private law firm in Beverly Hills California. From 1969 to 1973 Mr. Rosenfield served as an attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a 1969 graduate of DePaul University College of Law. |
