Richard L. Roll has served as the Company as Director since April 2007. He became CEO and President on December 15 2006. Immediately upon his arrival Mr. Roll began work with his executive team on a three-year strategic plan designed to fully leverage Peerless’ extensive technology portfolio industry expertise and customer relationships. Mr. Roll joined the Company with a wealth of knowledge and executive-level experience in the imaging and software industries having previously served as President and CEO of both Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions and FieldCentrix and as President and COO of Epicor Software. Mr. Roll holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Arizona and the Wharton Business School’s Executive Training program.
