Mr. Perkal has been Chairman of the Board since the company's inception, in 1991. Mr. Perkal provides financial expertise and strategic focus and has been instrumental in the development of the Company. Mr. Perkal is a Senior Managing Director with Bear Stearns Merchant Banking. Prior to that, he was a partner specializing in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis. Mr. Perkal is a board member of the following companies: CamelBak Group, LLC, Healthy Back Store, Stuart Weitzman, New York & Co. and Vitamin Shoppe Holdings. |
