Richard L. Munro joined the Board of Directors on August 10, 2006 and has also served as the Company's CEO since that date. Prior to joining Naturade, Mr. Munro was a principal of Enterprise Group, a management consulting firm, from March 2005 and a manager at Kibel Green Inc. from March 2003 to March 2005. At both Enterprise Group and Kibel Green, Mr Munro worked on a number of successful business turnaround engagements. Prior to that, for five years he was a principal of Sirius Holdings, a management consulting firm, where he was also responsible for a number of' turnaround and consulting engagements. Mr. Munro has over 20 years experience in the areas of executive leadership and operational management and is very experienced in evaluating, and implementing solutions for companies in operational and/or financial crisis. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, board member of The Forum for Corporate Directors Orange County, and holds an MBA from Auckland University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Canterbury University. |
