Richard L. Keister was the President of the Aftermarket Division of Delco Remy International, Inc. ("Delco Remy") from October 2001 until he joined the Company as an employee in June 2004. He became the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in August 2004. Prior to that he had been President of Delco Remy Electrical Aftermarket business until 1997. Prior to 1997, he was President of World Wide Automotive, the predecessor company of which was co-founded by Mr. Keister in 1976 and acquired by Delco Remy in 1997. |
