Rich is responsible for implementing customer solutions and managing those solutions throughout their life cycle. He brings over 20 years of experience to ServerVault with a background that spans all facets of the IT industry, including hardware support, programming, and web design in corporate, government, and entrepreneurial capacities.Before ServerVault, Rich owned and managed his own web development firm. Prior to that he was a member of AT&T Solution's Knowledge Management & Intranet Development team. Before AT&T, Rich played a key role in creating the consolidated Network Support Office for the Chief of Naval Operations, Department of the Navy Headquarters. Rich also gained government experience by supporting several initiatives within the Defense Intelligence Agency, The Naval Oceanographic Office, and the Aegis Shipbuilding Program. Rich started out in a family business providing consulting service to the National Security Agency.Rich holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from George Washington University: a Masters of Science degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information. |
