Richard J. Agostinelli (Dick) is founder and CEO of Advanced Media Networks from Los Angeles, a media and entertainment company providing videoconferencing systems sales and support, a global network of videoconferencing rental suites and engineering/ consulting services. AMN is a distribution partner for Qbit on the west coast and has leveraged its numerous contacts in the entertainment business in Hollywood to seek opportunities for the Qbit technology with AMN's studio and production/post production clients. Prior to AMN, Dick was CEO and CFO of NeTune Communications, a provider of a wide range of turnkey broadband digital satellite networking services for the motion picture, television and commercial production industries. Agostinelli joined NeTune from Continental Graphics Holdings Inc., which was acquired by Boeing in 2000. During his 14 years with Continental, he held numerous key executive posts including that of Corporate President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and was a Member of the Board of Directors. Subsequent to the acquisition by Boeing, he served as President & CEO of Continental Graphics Division of the Company. Prior to joining Continental Graphics in 1987, Agostinelli was an executive with the Case-Hoyt Corporation in Rochester, NY. During his 17 years with that firm, he served in a variety of positions including Corporate EVP, CFO and Member of the Board of Directors and President & CEO of the largest Division, Case-Hoyt Rochester. In 1984, Bell Canada Enterprises successfully purchased Case-Hoyt. Agostinelli has lead and participated in a multitude of M&A and Financing activities over his 40+ year business career. He has successfully closed IPO's, private equity, secured and subordinated debt offerings, government backed debt, and Senior Secured loans totalling well over $1Billion. |
