Mr. Swanson is a consultant and advisor to a wide range of business enterprises. From 1974 to 1980, Mr. Swanson was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Regional Transportation District in Denver, CO. In 1980, he founded and remains President of Real Estate Associates, Inc., which has acquired or developed more than 30 commercial real estate projects ranging from apartments to research and development facilities. Until 2004, Mr. Swanson served as Chair of The Executive Committee in Denver, CO. There, he provided strategic coaching to groups of Colorado CEOs representing a wide range of public and private companies with revenues of $15 million to $600 million. Currently, Mr. Swanson serves on the board of several private and public companies. Mr. Swanson holds BA in History from University of Colorado and Master’s of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
