Mr. Guiltinan is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Flowserve Corporation. He has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, general management and performance improvement in a large, multinational company and a Big Four accounting firm.
Mr. Guiltinan joined Flowserve in 2004. Prior to that, he held a number of senior finance and management positions, including chief financial officer and comptroller, with Caltex Corporation, an $18 billion multinational marketing, manufacturing and distribution joint venture, with operations covering more than 60 countries with 30 significant international business units. During his 16-year career at Caltex, he was based in a number of regions worldwide, including the U.S., Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Before that, Mr. Guiltinan served with KPMG in New York and Dallas as a senior manager, with nine years of public accounting experience in the financial, manufacturing and oil industries.
He is a CPA and holds a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He also attended the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College.
