Mr. Coté joined the Company in January 2000 as Executive Vice President - Finance and Administration. In May 2001 Mr. Coté's title was changed to Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Coté worked for Colgate-Palmolive, where, from 1998 to 2000 he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for U.S. operations, and from 1993 to 1998, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Asia/Pacific operations. |
