Richard J. Cadenasso has extensive experience in providing valuation and merger and acquisition advisory services to both public and private companies. Most recently he has advised start-up and small to medium-sized companies in financial matters including, mergers, acquisitions, valuations, forecasting, and capital sources and formation. Prior to founding his own consulting practice in 1998, he was a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Montgomery Securities (now Banc of America Securities) where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and was a member of the firm’s Fairness Opinion Committee. Mr. Cadenasso co-founded Montgomery Securities’ Middle-Market Financial Advisory Services Group in 1990. He started at Montgomery Securities in 1982 as a member of the firm’s Operations Department.Mr. Cadenasso has a B. S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento with concentrations in both Finance and Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. |
