Richard H. MacCracken joined the firm in 1997 and is an Of Counsel member in the firm’s real estate department. Mr. MacCracken was formerly an associate (1983-1987) and partner (1988-1992) of the firm. Mr. MacCracken specializes in commercial real estate joint ventures as well as acquisitions and dispositions. His experience also includes financings, workouts and commercial leasing.
Mr. MacCracken received his J.D. in 1982 from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. In 1977, he received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University.
Mr. MacCracken has been a member of the State Bar of California since his admission in 1982.
